A print shop in the Hill Country
Three Palm Designs is a family-run custom print shop in Burnet, Texas, run by Gary and Anetra Thomas. We started the way a lot of small-town shops do — making shirts for the people we knew: a booster club, a church group, a crew that needed matching work shirts, a mom who wanted her kid’s number on the back. Word got around, the equipment got bigger, and Three Palm became the place in Burnet County where you bring an idea and leave with something you can wear, hang, hand out or drive past.
What we do
Almost everything is made right here in our shop, by us, on equipment we run ourselves.
- DTF transfers and custom apparel. Hundreds of designs drawn in-house, ready to press or printed straight onto a shirt. Upload your own artwork, add a name and a number, and see it on the garment before you order.
- School spirit wear. Every local school mascot in school colors — Burnet, Marble Falls, Llano, Lampasas, Liberty Hill, Legacy Ranch, Florence, Johnson City and Blanco — for $10, personalized if you want it.
- Embroidery. Hats, polos, jackets, bags and workwear, digitized and stitched in Burnet.
- UV printing. A flatbed UV printer that puts full-color, raised and glossy prints on hats, metal cards, tumblers, plaques and just about any hard surface.
- Signs and banners. Vinyl banners, yard signs, decals and event signage.
- Promotional products. Drinkware, pens, bags and giveaways with your brand on them.
- Hilltop Ranch. Our own line of western caps, designed and finished in the shop. Stand True.
How we work
You talk to the people who make your order. Send us a sketch, a photo, a logo on a napkin — we’ll build the artwork, send a proof, and print it. Most orders are ready in a day or two. There’s no minimum: one shirt gets the same care as three hundred.
We print to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing goes to waste. Pick it up at the shop in Burnet for free, or we’ll ship it anywhere in the country.
